The Sts. Peter and Paul Missions Ministry is pleased to welcome back to our parish Rev. Dr. Milutin Janjić, Senior Lecturer of Eastern Christian Studies at Sankt Ignatios College in Sweden, for an evening reception and presentation on Wednesday, June 24th at 6pm in the Small Hall.
Fr. Milutin will share his work honoring the legacy of Archbishop Anastasios Yannoulatos of Albania — one of the great missionary figures of modern Orthodoxy. Archbishop Anastasios spent decades in selfless service across Africa and Albania, and his theological vision continues to shape Orthodox missiology worldwide.
Fr. Milutin is co-organizing an international series of academic conferences dedicated to preserving and transmitting Archbishop Anastasios' legacy. As part of this effort, the organizing committee seeks to publish the first international academic volume dedicated to Archbishop Anastasios' theological and pastoral legacy — to be published through Salt, the only Orthodox missionary journal based in Athens. The Sts. Peter and Paul Missions Ministry is prayerfully considering how our parish can participate in this meaningful endeavor.
